Panorama Paradiso Villa by Casa De Luz – Wedding & Private Event Rental Agreement
By booking and using Panorama Paradiso Villa (the “Property”), all guests, renters, and event hosts (collectively, “Client”) agree to the following terms:
- Venue Use & Access
This rental is for private use only and limited to the agreed-upon duration, guest count (maximum 50 attendees), and overnight capacity (13 guests).
Use of the Property is restricted to pre-approved dates and times, including setup and breakdown.
No public events, ticketed functions, commercial productions, or after-hours parties are permitted without prior written approval.
- Responsibility & Liability
Casa De Luz, the Property owners, and affiliates (the “Venue”) assume no responsibility or liability for injuries, damages, theft, or accidents that occur on the premises before, during, or after the event.
The Client accepts full responsibility for their guests, vendors, and invitees at all times.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the event.
- Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Client and all attendees must comply with all local and state regulations, including but not limited to:
Temecula and Riverside County noise ordinances
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Alcohol service must comply with California law. No sales of alcohol are permitted unless licensed and approved.
Any fires, fireworks, or open flames are prohibited unless pre-approved and compliant with fire regulations.
- Vendors & Rentals
All third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, musicians, florists) must be pre-approved and carry proper insurance.
Casa De Luz does not provide setup, cleanup, or coordination services. All rentals (e.g., chairs, tables, décor) must be removed per the agreed schedule.
- Damages & Cleaning
The Client is responsible for all damage caused by guests or vendors. A security deposit may be held or charged for any excessive cleaning or property damage.
Property must be returned to its original condition. Trash must be removed or placed in designated bins.
- Noise & Conduct
Amplified music is allowed only during agreed-upon event hours and must be directed away from neighboring properties.
- All music must end no later than 9:30 PM.
- Quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, are strictly enforced by Riverside County ordinance.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
- Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or any behavior that disturbs neighbors or violates local laws is grounds for immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of deposit or rental fees.
- Parking & Transportation
On-site parking is limited and must be arranged in advance.
- Carpooling or shuttle services are encouraged for larger events.
- Parking in undesignated areas, on private neighboring land, or blocking road access is strictly prohibited.
- Insurance & Permits
The Client is required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Casa De Luz (and/or its owners) as additional insured, with coverage of no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence.
- Proof of insurance must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event.
- If applicable, the Client is responsible for obtaining any permits required by city, county, or state authorities (e.g., TFF for catering, ABC permit for alcohol).
- Cancellation Policy
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
- Date changes are not guaranteed and must be requested in writing.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, mandated shutdowns), Casa De Luz may offer rescheduling or partial credit at its sole discretion.
- Property Access & Security
- The Client may not access locked storage, mechanical rooms, or private quarters.
- The use of drones, security personnel, or other surveillance must be disclosed and approved in writing.
- Casa De Luz reserves the right to have staff or representatives present on-site for inspection, maintenance, or compliance monitoring at any time during the rental period.
- Photography & Promotion
Any professional photography or videography conducted on-site must comply with local permits and be for personal or event-related use only.
- Commercial use, branding, or publication of Casa De Luz imagery must receive prior written approval.
- Casa De Luz reserves the right to use event photos taken on the property for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Agreement & Enforcement
By confirming the reservation and submitting payment, the Client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation, removal from the premises, loss of access, and/or legal action.
Casa De Luz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time prior to final booking confirmation.
